The Evaluation Minimum Data Set is designed to be used across all Aqua programmes. It is a clear, standardised and feasible approach for collecting, inputting reporting and managing evaluation data from Aqua’s delivery.

The first unit of this module provides background on why and how the Evaluation Minimum Data Set was developed and an overall process map, with written instructions and screenshots explaining each step of the process.

The second unit of this module is a video which goes through how to access the Aqua Evaluation Minimum Data Set (MDS) template on The Hub, how to add it to your course and how to set your completion rules so that completing the evaluation is not a criteria for completing the course. It also covers where to review and export the data for adding it into the Evaluation Report.
